What will the Expectations of this Role be?
Blue Lime Insurance Group has created a NEW position in our agency for someone to manage the claims for our accounts. You will be tasked with creating a seamless experience for our customers, as well as the carriers when submitting a claim, communicating before, during and after a claim, and following the strict guidelines our customers expect when it comes to this process. As an independent commercial agency, we do not do the claims adjusting or determining a claim’s outcome, so we can be an advocate for our customer, making it easy and understandable for them. This position will also carry some other minor tasks within out agency and be somewhat of a “swiss army knife” of our office. We also have an in-hour premium finance operation that you would be tasked with managing the processing of finance agreements, applying and collecting payments, and fulfilling reporting needs. This part of the job should be no more than 1/3 of your time each day. In addition to claims processing and financing operations, you will also be tasked with various other minor administrative tasks such as certificate orders, customer service, document management, among other tasks as workload permits.

Compensation: $36,000 to $40,000 annually - determined by experience
